Providing an advisory service on a range of employment life cycle matters such as from holiday calculations and Working Time Regulations to contractual issues.Making referrals to specialists where required in respect of employee health / absence issues.Supporting and guiding managers on a range of employee relations issues by giving advice, supporting both formal and informal meetings, processing template and bespoke letters and monitoring progression of live cases via a case management log.This is a permanent role enjoying hybrid working between head office at Hesslewood Park near the Humber Bridge and working from home, with travel required from time to time to our services. The Benefits Advisory Group is always seeking additional members. Group members advise and make recommendations to the senior leadership as to what actions - if any - need to be considered or undertaken to ensure the plan meets the needs of the workforce, remains solvent, is affordable and performs. This group works year-round and closely with university administrators and executives. The Benefits Advisory Group is comprised of faculty, staff and retirees who represent constituent employee and retiree groups.
